The much under rated choke vine is a must for every back fence, Bare rooted and ready to go straight into the vege garden. To plant, simply dig a hole about 20cm cubic, fill with good quality compost and cover. You can easily keep the vine trimmed or if you let it get away, simply pull it out in autumn, sprout another one and start again.
We use chokos in curries mostly, as they become like a squash and take on the flavour of the dish. Or, delicious in a potato and hambone soup. If you need the recipe details, jump over to our instagram, or send us an email. Happy gardening!
