Meet South Coast Cheese. Nic and Erica Dibden have developed a true paddock-to-plate business by value-adding to milk from their own dairy. Nic is the farmer and Erica runs the factory that produces milk, cheese, yoghurt and cream (oh, the cream). Located at Tilba, South Coast Cheese has refused to give in to the changes in the dairy industry.find out more
